Sparta Achane: Why does anyone start up a business?

A little about me. I am a swf in the Springs. I am a single Mother of an amazing 8 year old. I work hard, ambitious and very outgoing. The problem is...it is really hard to meet anyone that I can connect with on every level. So you ask...why on earth would you do it on CL then? Well the truth is I have met a few decent people on here. Even dated someone for a short period of time however, he lived out of my city and we all know that having a long distance relationship CAN work but it takes 2 to make it work, and unfortunately I was not getting his part in the relationship. It happens...I wish the best for him and hope he finds what he is looking for, but it will not be with me and that is ok...moving on. What I ask for is not much. All I ask is that you like children, are LOCAL obviously, work, have your own car, not have all this baggage such as baby mama drama, mental, or just full of unneccesary drama. I like to live a simple life. Yes we all have drama and have bad days, but when it is a lifestyle...I tend to run the opposite direction. I don't want it, don't need it, and will nto tolerate it either. I am in my mid 30's and prefer to date someone in their 30's, even early 40's but not looking to date someone that is old enough to be my Dad or Grandfather no offense. I don't care if you don't make the best money or drive the nicest car. These things are simply irrelevant, but I expect for you to know what you want, and work hard to get what you have. I am an active person. I like to go out and do stuff....staying in is good too, but couch potatoes need not apply. I do have a child as I stated earlier on and would like to have time with you alone, but he has to be included in things as well. He is my little right hand man and if I am going to try to form a relationship with someone new, my child has to feel comfortable in knowing that he is not being left out.
